Processing time

Orders placed before 3pm ET ship the same business day. Weekend orders ship Monday.

Delivery windows

• Standard (USPS Priority) — 2–4 business days. Free over $200.
• Express (USPS/UPS Overnight) — 1 business day where available.

Packaging & discretion

Every DMT cart ships in a plain padded mailer with no branding, return address shown as a neutral fulfillment label.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking once your DMT vape pen is dispatched.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking stalls 7+ days or shows non-delivery, contact support for a free re-ship. See our refund policy.
